TNT Tree Service Ltd. strives to reduce our impact on the environment, as part of our effort to reduce waste we offer free delivery of wood mulch to the residents of Winnipeg.
Wood mulch is very useful around the yard and garden, it can be used to:
• Maintain soil moisture reducing the need to water
• Weed control
• Improves soil aeration and drainage over time
• Keeps soil cool in summer and warm in winter
• Provides nutrients to growing trees as it decomposes
TIMING: We deliver them to you when we do a job in your area, which can be between one day and two months after your request. The quickest way to get a load is to hire us to trim your trees!
QUALITY: Our mulch varies in quality and includes chips, leaves, twigs. It is not uniform and dyed like the high-quality landscape mulch for sale at garden centres.
QUANTITY: Our loads are quite large (7 to 12 cubic yards) so consider whether you and your neighbors can utilize it all. We do not return to retrieve excess mulch.
ACCESS: Our dump trucks require wide access and the dump bed rises higher than some rooftops, so consider whether you have a dumpsite free of low branches and utility lines. Firm ground is required so that the truck doesn't get stuck on your property. A truck with such a heavy load can also damage sidewalks, driveways, septic tanks, and irrigation systems, so please help us mitigate these risks. Submitting this form acknowledges your responsibility for damage to any concrete, septic tanks, or sprinklers you instruct our mulch-laden dump truck to drive over.
* RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE
By checking this box and submitting this form, I (the Releasor) hereby acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this legally binding release of property liability.
In consideration of the free delivery of a free load of mulch by TNT Tree Service Ltd. (the Releasee), the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is acknowledged, the Releasor releases and forever discharges the Releasee, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, legal representatives and successors from all manner of actions, causes of action, debts, accounts, bonds, contracts, claims and demands from the beginning of time until the final delivery of mulch is completed for or by reason of any damage or loss to property which occurs on property of Releasor which TNT Tree Service Ltd. is given permission to drive on, including but not limited to damage to sidewalks, septic tanks, driveways, plantings, lawns, structures, utility lines, irrigation and other plumbing systems as a result of or following TNT Tree Service Ltd.’s delivery of mulch to Releasor property.
The Releasor acknowledges that this release is given with the express intention of effecting the extinguishment of certain obligations owed to the Releasor, and with the intention of binding the Releasor and it directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns and successors.
For the above noted consideration the Releasor further agrees not to make claim, file suit or in any manner seek indemnity under the provisions of any statute, law, ordinance, contract or in any manner whatsoever.
